Following a long-standing tradition of musical excellence, SRCCA has established this annual merit-based scholarship to encourage and recognize the outstanding vocal achievements of our Chorus members. The unrestricted scholarship will be awarded to the chorister who has consistently demonstrated strong musical and vocal promise, and whose behavior during their three or more year tenure in the Concert Group has continued to be exemplary. It is our hope that this scholarship will be used to further the musical education of our members.
Each award is in the amount of $500, and the winner is announced at the annual Spring Concert. Recipients may receive this award one time only.
Founded to extend a helping hand from yesterday’s singer to those of today, the Alumni Scholarship Fund is an excellent way to make sure the children in this generation have the opportunities you enjoyed.
